Becoming a mentor means developing your coaching skills while making a direct impact on the journey of a job seeker.

FAQ

Still have questions? Consult our FAQ to find out more about the program, how it works and its benefits.

How long does the mentoring program last?

The program can last up to a maximum of 6 months. During this period, you will have regular sessions with your partner to work on your professional objectives and benefit from appropriate follow-up.

Are mentors compensated?

No, there is no compensation. It’s a voluntary commitment, based on the desire to support a job seeker by sharing your experience.

I don't have much time. Is that compatible?

Yes, the rhythm is light and flexible: on average 2 sessions of 1h30 per month, to be freely adapted according to your respective availabilities. It’s a flexible commitment that you build with your partner.

I don't feel legitimate enough to be a mentor

You don’t have to have experienced everything to be a mentor! What counts is the desire to listen, to share experience and to support a job seeker in her or his career path. All mentors receive training at the start of the program. You’ll also be supported and advised throughout the program by a mentor, who’ll be on hand if you have any doubts or difficulties.
