How long does the mentoring program last?
The program lasts six months. During this time, you’ll have regular sessions with your mentor to work on your professional goals and receive tailored support.
Who can participate in the program?
The program is open to all job seekers registered with Actiris and residing in the Brussels-Capital Region. After registering, a quick check will confirm your eligibility with Actiris.
I'm short on time, is this compatible with my other job search efforts?
Yes. The schedule is light: generally two 1.5-hour meetings per month, which you schedule together according to your availability. It’s flexible and tailored to your needs.
What if I don't know what to ask my mentor?
You don’t need to have all the answers when you arrive. You’ll be supported by your mentor and the team to clarify what you’d like to work on: regaining confidence, organizing your research, discussing your doubts, etc. Mentoring allows you to progress within a flexible framework.
