Mentor’In Brussels is a mentorship program that supports job seekers by connecting them with experienced professionals from our network of Inspiring Companies. The program is based on a hybrid approach, combining individual mentoring pairs with collective sessions to foster exchanges, networking, and the sharing of best practices.
Backstage.Network, supporting professional integration
The project is led by Backstage.Network, a Brussels-based non-profit organization dedicated to the professional integration of job seekers. Through our various programs, we support the development of professional journeys by providing practical support opportunities, while emphasizing inspiring encounters, mutual support, and the activation of professional networks.
